Started our stay in a freezing room—no heat. Moved to another, 241, and the shower was a total flop. I had to go back to complain. For a hundred bucks, it felt like I got hustled. Honestly, not worth it for the mess we dealt with. Pillows were stained, like, c'mon!

Very comfortable mattress

I loved how the free coffee was available all day, and the cozy outdoor seating made for a perfect place to unwind. The pool area was a nice spot for relaxation and sunbathing. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! ☕

Clean room, great location near the airport. The nearby eateries helped us unwind after a long travel day.

The kids and I enjoyed nearby attractions like the Buffalo Zoo. The hotel had a decent setup, and we appreciated the spacious room, which was ideal for our family. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy to unwind with our devices after a long day.

My wife says that the cleanliness left much to be desired. It would be great if they offered more fun activities for families.

Family with children should think twice

The location is prime, nice access to major roads and food. I sorta enjoyed the small-town feel, got to know some eatery owners while we were there, made it more personal for the kids.

But it sure wasn’t cheap for what we got, over-priced for a room that had no hot water and locked us out a couple times.

The room was clean, and I loved the ample parking and nearby attractions for my family.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, and a 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost wallet on my first stay!

The property is conveniently located near the airport and various eateries, with a clean, friendly lobby that includes an ice machine and microwave. The room, however, raised concerns. while spacious and well-maintained, the presence of stained pillows was troubling, indicating a need for better upkeep. The affordability of the stay does not justify overlooking hygiene standards, which should be prioritized in any hotel service.

The property is easy to locate with ample parking. The ground floor room offered a comfortable mattress and a good amount of space, making it very functional for our needs. However, there was an unfortunate issue with water leaking from the ceiling, prompting a late-night room change. Additionally, the morning coffee supply ran out while we were still hoping for a cup, which was disappointing after the overnight chaos.

Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great. Room had an old smoke smell.
